Okay first of all: YUM.
My husband and I love garlic. We eat it with almost everything and go through jars pretty quickly. He really loves garlic butter sauce for pizza, and I personally am addicted to Paula Deen's garlic cheese biscuits (I'll link the recipe!), so I decided to search out a recipe for garlic butter. I quickly found one on Pinterest (obviously), so I thought I would share with y'all how I made it!

My husband took this picture when we ate at her restaurant for our honeymoon!
It says to use the Paula Deen biscuit mix, but I just use whatever I have on hand. So far the Cracker Barrel biscuit mix is my fav!
ANYWAY, the recipe in question is from The Carefree Kitchen. (https://thecarefreekitchen.com/amazing-garlic-butter/)
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC BUTTER SPREAD
It requires:
1 cup of salted butter (or two sticks) at ROOM TEMPERATURE
2 TBSP of olive oil
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1/8 cup of dried parsley
2 TBSP of garlic powder

You're going to use a hand mixer (or stand mixer) to whip the butter in a medium sized bowl (this is why you want it at room temperature).

It got stuck in the beaters, so I had to remove it with a spoon once, but afterward it whipped really well.

Then, you're going to add your olive oil. I did one tablespoon, mixed, then added the second tablespoon and mixed again.

Next, you'll add all your dry ingredients and then mix it together.

YUM right?! I immediately made some garlic cheese toast with it, and it was PERFECT. I cannot wait to use it on other things (I love garlic butter on steak!)

I also found this great ceramic butter keeper at Walmart! I thought it was perfect to keep it in. This butter stays good for two months, but if you're like me then it definitely won't last that long.
